Rush Orders: Required within 7 days of pickup. A 20% fee applies (Starting at $150). Please call for consultation.
The "Houdini" Policy: To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. All sales are final. Rescheduling is available up to 72 hours before your date.

"The Magic is in the Making" Because our custom sugar cookies are handcrafted specifically for your event, we put time, care, and ingredients into motion the moment your order is confirmed. Please review our policy regarding changes:
No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a deposit or full payment is made, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change! You may reschedule your order for a future date (subject to availability) provided you give us at least 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled pickup time.
Order Changes: Any changes to the design, theme, or quantity must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may be subject to additional fees based on the new requirements.

"Freshness is Key" To ensure your cookies arrive in your hands exactly as they left our kitchen—perfect and intact—we currently prioritize local service.
No Shipping: At this time, Houdini Sweets does not offer shipping. We believe in the quality of a fresh, locally handled product.
Local Pickup: All orders are for local pickup in Northeast Oklahoma City.
Pickup Windows: * Weekdays: After 4:30 PM
Weekends: Between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Alternative times may be arranged during your final consultation.
Missed Pickups: If an order is not picked up during the agreed-upon window, the order is still non-refundable. We will hold your cookies for 24 hours, after which the "magic" expires and the order is forfeited.
